Hacking Could someone make me The Office themed skin?

I had an idea like for the icons picture it would be Post-it notes on a Bulletin board.

Then for the logo it would be like a picture of the cast. This one.

The first link doesn't work and yes someone could make it for you or you could use the R4 theme creator(which is somewhere on this forum just search for it).Some pretty freaky pictures especially the last one. lol
