Homebrew could some one try to fix regoin three so it works with games that have anti piracy

so the regoin 3 on the homebrew won't play any new games and yeah i would like it to be fixed so that it can play super mystery dungeon and other new games because i live in a pal region and it does not come out for me till next year. Should be possible to fix since gateway bypassed it.
