Homebrew "Could not detect an SD Card. The software on the SD Card could not be displayed."

I recently bought a 3ds and installed luma cfw. It was wrking perfextly fine on the first day then yesterday i upgraded from an 8gb sd card to a 64 gb sd card. I formatted it using minitool partition and it was also working but then it just didn't. I turned on the 3ds to play Pokemon X and i was greeted witht ht error "Could not detect an SD Card. The software on the SD Card could not be displayed." I've tried the old 8gb SD Card but that didn't work and i even went out and bought a new 64gb SD Card to no prevail. Can someone hepl me fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
