Homebrew Could Minecraft on the Sega 32X be possible?

This idea came about from a dream I had where I was playing Minecraft on a Sega Genesis. To tackle this though, we need to see IF Minecraft is possible in ASSEMBLY. I'm going to read about 68000 Assembly. In the meantime, I'd love to spitball ideas and solutions (if we ever come across problems). My idea sounds like it could lead to a great homebrew.

Dreamcast runs Minecraft at 10 FPS.
I don't think it'll happen on 32X.
