Hacking corrupted colour =( whats the cause?

and the menu bar below this look corrupted too. it doesnt show like this when i use the skin loader. anyone know the cause?

do you only get corruption when using your own skin?
maybe format & reinstall the default OS & see if you still get corruption.....
