Is there a homebrew app of some sort that allows me to write a save file to a GBA cart from my DS flashcart (iEDGE)? I searched around, but all I found was one that allowed me to flash the cart with some computer cable.

Googled "gba backup" and 6th hit was filetrip.net. Shows v0.1 of GBA backup Tool. However, the v0.21 is better.

That will rip GBA roms to a slot1 device. It will also rip GBA saves to/from a slot1 device too.

Edit, no need for a 3in1 either.

Thanks. Now how do I convert the .sps GameShark save into something that can be read by an emulator (.sav), or this tool?

VBA has the import/export function. for gameshark sps files. If your using NO$gba, there isn't an option for importing sps files.

In that case, time to run Wine again; the Mac version of VBA doesn't have that feature.
