Hacking Copy everthing from 64GB to 128GB SD Card

How can I copy all files from a 64GB SD-Card to a 128GB one? CFW and everything is done already and games are installed. But I want to change de SD-Card now to a bigger one.

How can I copy it? Do i need an image (and how can i create one from a sd-card)? I have win10 or an ubuntu live stick (mabye for dd copy).

My 64GB Card has also a 16MB Partition next to de big one (it was created automatilcly while formating with the tool from the 3dshack site).

Well it does not do as u said it does not make partitions
