Gaming Cooking Mama Sweet Shop and Rhythm Heaven Megamix CIA's not working

Hello! sorry if I end up posting this in the wrong thread, I didn't know which thread to post this in.

I downloaded the .cia's for the two games and they both crash upon opening them. I attached the image of the error. I read a thread that said trying "import seed" of the game would work but i tried and it wouldn't let me. please help.

Hmm OK let's try something just to be sure.

Download and install this to your 3ds
https://github.com/Possum/LumaLocaleSwitcher/releases.

Once installed turn off your 3ds and then switch it back on while holding select. In the luma config menu make sure enable game patching is selected then press start. On the 3ds home menu load luma local switcher and select titles. In titles select one of the games that is not working. Then select change region then select USA. Press OK then select change language and select EN. Select OK and exit back to 3ds home menu and try and load the game you have just did this for. If it now works do the exact same thing for the other game.
