I was looking for the walk through walls AR code for the Japanese pokémon diamond. Is there a way to convert US AR Codes to work with the Japanese game or does someone know this code?

Its impossible, sorry. You'll have to rehack the codes due to the memory addresses changing from the Japanese version to the other.
