PS1/2 Converting PSOne saves dumped from uLaunchELF

Does anyone know of a tool to convert the files copied from a PSOne memory card via uLaunchELF or does anyone know what format the saves are in after being copied by uLaunchELF?

Also is there a app that can be run by uLaunchELF that will convert my PSOne memory card to something compatible with PSXMemTool?

Eh I should have figured that the person who runs PS2 Save Tools would have stuff for PSOne as well
