Hacking Converting NO$GBA file for use on R4?

I've played 5 hours on Pokemon Diamond with NO$GBA, to find that converting it to VBA isn't enough to make the R4 accept it. So, any help?

My save format is Uncompressed, if that helps anyone.

Gah, I solved it myself. If anyone's interested:
1. Backup save file
2. Change SAV/SNA format to Raw
3. Open game and save
4. Change SAV/SNA format back
5. Move your file somewhere else, and rename the backup file back
6. Go to http://shunyweb.info and select the game file (not the one that was backed up!)
7. Input file type: Raw Output file type: R4
8. Convert
