Gaming convert a DVD to PSP movie with 1Click Converter ( jerky)

I have noticed when I convert a DVD to PSP movie with 1Click Converter that they seem to be a bit jerky not to much but noticeable like the beginning of Aladdin and Treasure Planet for example, is there a converter that does not do this or what am I doing wrong,

I have found what is causing the problem, if you are converting a NTSC DVD you must set the frame rate to 30FPS, if you are converting a PAL DVD you must set the frame rate to 25FPS, the problem is getting a DVD to PSP converter program that allows you to set the frame rate to 25FPS or 30FPS, if you know of any please let me know
