Hacking Convert 3DS to .CIA fails fo certain games: 'could not read rom file'

Hello,

I use 3DS to CIA converter (version 4.1 (latest)) and it works great for most of my .3ds games. When it asks for the Converting method, I always choose 'Altrenative 4' because the others don't work.

However, certain games don't work at all. Games which doesn't work for me so far: monster hunter 4 and majoras mask. When it starts converting, it asks me at some point 'Do you want to Alter between.....' Then I always choose no (like I do at all other games). But then I get the error message "Could not read rom file".

How do I solve this?
