Hacking Convert 3ds to cia, and how to install CIA to Emunand 10.7 (latest)

so i finally was able to downgrade my 3ds xl (old) to 9.2, install cakes, and update my emnunand to the lastest firmware, while keeping my sysnand at 9.2. man, i've learned so much past few days lol.

anyways, i have my games as .3ds files, and need to convert cia. and then i need to install the cia to the emunand. can someone give me a link to a tutorial on this last part?
