Android Controller-Friendly Launcher Recommendations?

Do you know any Launchers that work well with controllers?
I've tried to continue using Trebuchet, but the icons are just too small for a controller, and it can't be even used 100% with one.
I've also tried TVLauncher, but it looks like shit, and is scaled like shit.
...and has ads.

I use TV launcher on two devices. It is what you make out of it. If you have enough icons for your apps, it's nice and beautiful, otherwise, it leaves much to be desired.

kodi/xbmc can be used as a controller launcher.

That's true but KODI isn't exactly gaming friendly, I.e. you dont get to make a separate games category. All of your apps are just jumbled in together. Speaking of TV style launcher, if your device is Android 5.0 or above, the Android TV launcher can be installed from the Play Store. Additionally someone is also working on a Android TV style launcher that has potential but wasn't quite "there" yet.
