Hacking Content settings in F3 and internal drive

So I recently decided I needed my external drive back, so I upgraded the internal drive to a 1TB and moved the few games I still have on to it. They show up in F3, but everything else does not. No XBLA, no apps/homebrew, no emulators. I don't get it. I set it up the same way I had it on my external drive, only on the internal one. Do I actually have to go the PITA route and put them in the Content folders?

It's cool, I switched to Aurora and EVERYTHING showed up, not just the last nine games I added.
