I ordered a few items on the 20th of July. Their website says that they had it "in stock" and that was the reason why I ordered it there. After a day or so I received an email saying that it is processing; I go and check the website a few minutes later and now, the item is listed as on "backorder" and stock won't be refilled until the 28th. I used their online messaging service and I cancel the order but was still charged for it a few days later. I am now still in an ongoing conversation via their messaging service but they still have not refunded the money. Does anyone have any suggestions and what I could/should do? It's going on day 20th of what should have taken them 42-3 days according per their response. Any thoughts or suggestions on what to do? Thanks.
