Consolesource.com: Anyone having problems?

    I ordered a few items on the 20th of July. Their website says that they had it "in stock" and that was the reason why I ordered it there. After a day or so I received an email saying that it is processing; I go and check the website a few minutes later and now, the item is listed as on "backorder" and stock won't be refilled until the 28th.
    I used their online messaging service and I cancel the order but was still charged for it a few days later.
    I am now still in an ongoing conversation via their messaging service but they still have not refunded the money.
    Does anyone have any suggestions and what I could/should do? It's going on day 20th of what should have taken them 42-3 days according per their response. Any thoughts or suggestions on what to do? Thanks.

    I'd wait it out. It is poor form to say something is in stock when it isn't though.
