Thanks for the response now i know that my n2ds is softbricked but is there any other method to soft un-brick it withou the R4 ?
First of all: I don’t think it will make a difference but try opening System Settings without any micro-SD inserted.

Because the settings app crashes you can’t just use the current Seedminer methods from the guide:
Bannerbomb3 → Installing B9S (Fredtool)
– or –
Homebrew Launcher (PicHaxx) → DSiWare Dumper → Installing B9S (Fredtool)
Both rely on accessing System Settings.

However, there might(!) still be a way of installing B9S without ntrboot (although I very much recommend getting the R4i Gold 3DS Plus).

===================
The older Frogminer method injects Jpn Flitnote Studio into DS Download Play. Open Download Play and select the DS (non-3DS) version. If it starts normally, you can give Frogminer a try.

The goal is to first get userland homebrew access with PicHaxx (or Steelhax if you still have this/prefer this). The legacy Frogminer guide is not fully maintained as it suggests using PicHaxx but later refers to starting HB Launcher with Steel Diver. The entrypoint does not matter. You have to start HB Launcher by some exploit and use Frogtool.

There’s not only the setting app that won’t open
When i search a game on the eshop it crashes and when i want to create a mii, it crashes

Well… that’s not good. Last idea: Maybe the OS is able to find missing/damaged titles with an update in Recovery Mode (tough I doubt it). If recovery mode does nothing:

This leaves ntrboot.¹

I really would like to know what happened here. Maybe there is something wrong with extdata on CTRNAND given that multiple NAND titles crash??

In the recovery mode i can juste update the n2DS, is there another menu ?
I’ll try the R4 solution but i have to find my old R4 gold...
I don’t even know if it’s compatible with ntrboot

Updating is the only purpose of Recovery Mode – updating (even on latest firmware if some titles are outdated or missing). I don't really believe it will find anything to update. My guess is something with shared extdata on CTRNAND but I have no real clue what could have happened here.
