Tried looking for answers to this, but I beat metroid prime for the first time and wanted to get the fusion suit for hard mode. The problem is it requires you to hold start and select when you turn the gba on before you even connect it to the GameCube, leading it to the cartridgeless start up screen without the Nintendo logo. and every technique I tried to make it work hasn't yielded any results. it actually corrupted metroid fusion a few times even attempting to do it.
Is this an anti-piracy measure to make sure only real metroid fusion cartridges work or is there a way to autoboot metroid fusion from startup?
