Hacking Confusing Issue with R4i Gold w/Pictures N3DSXL

I am currently having this issue where my R4 card will load into the menu and I can play a game just fine (only playing NDS Games), but following this issue if I happen to restart my New 3DS XL (even pressing the home button) the card will not show. The only way I can get the card to show again is by re-inserting the card over and over and will eventually show, and in which case I will try to "play" the card but I get the error over and over. I have tried different Micro SD Cards ,but it does not fix the issue. Eventually after several times of putting the card back in (up to 15-20 times) the card will work like it is supposed too. I can then play my games, save and so forth. Has anyone else have had this issue if so please tell me how you fixed it I feel like I got ripped off. Any suggestions or help will be fantastic.

it's a common thing with 3rd party cards like flashcards etc since they are not exactly the same width etc as official cards,
you are best off pushing the flashcard in on an angle type, by pushing it slowly on the site with the SD card slow where I circled

It did lower the number of tries to actually load the R4 program. I am guessing it is a little finicky. Thank you for your help.
