    From rbervoets on dcemu.co.uk:

    Quote and readme.txt translation removed.

Edit: Quote from a "dark kitty" that tested it:

    I don't trust this.

Blaze is Spanish and the information was French.

    I wouldn't try this people.

I would assume you would put in the decrypted VC files, but I could be wrong. If I were to test it, I would re-download that Donkey Kong Country 2 raw data that was released and then put it in "homebrew/DKC2" on my SD, then boot it.

True. I'm not sure what will come of this either. I have doubts (I was thinking it would be a Win32 app), but if it's true, then power to the people.

If i'm not wrong the same pack was released short after the first release of DK2 (the raw one) as a way to play it.

    Guess it's a fake...

Anyone got the stones to experiment? I dont have any VC software to rip.

I'd imagine you copy all the files to the root of a SD card, create a folder called "homebrew" and run the elf via the twilight hack.

A "dark kitty" tested it. It's just a homebrew launcher in French. Confirmed not real.
