ok I have the latest version of CFG installed on the will but when using it it picks up the hdd but it can't pick up my backups, It always reads No games found.

I know I setup correctly and I do have the backups in wbfs format and in its folder, just no luck... please forgive me I know that this question was asked enough times but looking through 1000+ pages wasn't going to cut it lol

Do you have more than one partition, what format(s) are you using, and how did you store your games?

Use Wii Backup Manager and see if it detects the games.

Start Cfg up, insert a Wii game (it doesn't matter what), press +, and install the game. Tell me if it installs and, if so, if you can see the game.

Check your HDD from Windows Explorer and see if the game is saved differently than the others.

Nope same wbsf folder as all the other games just in a folder with the 6 random letters and #s right before the game title

Are the other games not in folders? They need to be.

Edit: Go into WBM's options and choose the following:
    "Store files in separate sub-folders"
    "Title [GameID]"
"Automatically update storage convention when drive is mounted"

    Leave the other settings alone.
