Just got my hands on my second vita this one hasn't been touch in a while so software is on 3.35. Only problem I'm running into is the vita isnt link to PSN Profile nor do I have my PS3 anymore. So my question do I have any hope to get vbhl or any other hack?
PS3s are cheap. If you don't want to buy one, try a friend.

Without a PS3, you cannot activate your Vita and remain on a low firmware.
Your choices are either to find someone with a PS3 to activate your Vita or to update your console to 3.60 and say goodbye to the possibility of eCFW.
