To the right of the hourglass temple there is a small island i cannot get to. When your near to it the music changes but i cant see a way on there. There is a lazer head statue near by, does that do anything?...thanks.

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction -

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
