I am asking this question here as I couldn't find a dedicated forum for Comic Book DS.

When looking at the comic collection on Comic Book DS, each comic is labeled like this.

filename (eg, Spiderman 01)
Unknown
Unknown

My question is, what are the two labeled Unknown? & how can I edit them?
Is it to do with the filename of the CBR, or is it an internal part of the CBR?

Thanks in advance

OK, I found the answer to my question.
It was an option in the conversion software.

Does anyone know if Comic Book DS has its own forum?
I havn't been able to find one yet

No, there are no specific ComicBookDS forum (yet).
However, there are some ComicBookDS posts in quite a lot of forums

(that i try to consult from times to times)

As you might have found by yourself, when you add a folder or a file in pictods (via the "add file", "add folder" buttons or via drag'n drop) :
- the Name is taken from the folder or file name
- the Author is taken form the default pictods settings
- the Provider is taken form the default pictods settings

(To change the default pictods settings, use the Options->NDS settings menu item)

You can modify the Name,Author and Provider of a specific item using the "Modify" button (with the item line selected) or double-clicking on the item.

Thanks.
Yeah, I worked that out after checking the settings in pictoids

There is one thing I can't work out though.
What does the "add folder" button do? When I try it, it doesn't add the contents of the folder, it only creates a small cbdb file that crashes ComicBookDS if I try & open it.

Is it meant to add the contents of the folder? Or is it meant to create a folder inside of ComicBookDS to help organise your comics?

Cheers

this is the way it works :

- use 'add file' to convert an archive file (*.zip, *.rar, *.cbz, *.cbr) containing image files into a .cbds file
- use 'add folder' to convert the images contained in a folder (images the sub-folders are not handled) into a .cbds file

The problem you had was probably that your images were in a sub-folder of the selected one (or perhaps some unsupported image types)
