(I was not sure where to put this).

(No Earthquake and a Tsunami is not going to change my mind of living there).
Back on topic. Are there any good colleges in Japan? (The stuff I would like to learn more is Computer Programming, Graphic Designing, and Japanese). I don't know where to look. Could someone help me out. Thanks.

All of the following schools are known collectively as the "Tokyo Roku Daigaku," and are equivalent to the Ivy League universities in the US.

Tokyo University (????) - Regarded as the "Harvard of Japan"
Keio Gijuku University (??????) - This is where the optic camouflage (of Metal Gear Solid fame) is being developed.
Hosei University (????)
Meiji University (????)
Rikkyo University (????)
Waseda University (?????)

*EDIT*
If you want to learn Japanese, you can check out any of the schools in this list.

Although I learned Japanese studying for a whole summer at the Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute in Kansai. It was an intensive course that was taught completely in Japanese so I was forced to use Japanese all day every day for 3 months. If I spoke English, they would ignore me. Here's a look at the facilities.

Thank you for the lists. I'll look into them.

Edit: Found one on that list that interests me the most. I'm gonna have my sister help me out with it. ^.^
