What makes this "the first DSiWare release"? In what is this different than the first DSiWare releases done by Bahamut?

I guess that they're exactly the same (just a SD dump) but that Ocarina likes to boast that "they were first"?

Nope, they released A LOT of other DSiWare games in December. BTW, I just noticed that Ocarina didn't made any claim in the NFO of being the first, so I guess the entire argument is now moot.
