Gaming COD:BO Disc Loading.

What do I have to have installed to run it from a backup disc?
I've tried searching but most have to do with USB loading.

USB LOADERS load game disc as well just use cios249 or 250 with base ios57 i just configurable usb loader

I could do that, but I want to use Neogamma or another disc loader.
I've tried using cIOS 249 Rev 19 with base ios 57, but it stays on the loading screen forever. Do I need rev 20?

Nevermind, answered my own question. It wasn't working earlier, but now it is for some reason. cIOS 249 rev20 with 57 as base. Thanks!
