Hacking CO-OP play on Pirates DS and supercard SD ???

Has anyone got co-op play to work on Pirates of the Carib DS and supercard sd ?? I understand it works on the M3 and I'm dying to play this game w/ my friend but we both have supercards and have not gotten it to work at all.....any help would be greatly appreciated.
