Hacking cMIOS Patcher isn't installing properly

I installed the miospatcher and the cMIOS Installer v3. I tried to go and install the miospatcher with pressing X then A and it gave me an error code. So I used cMIOS Installer and the cMIOS was installed sucessfully. I still want to use miospatcher. How do I make it work? It says fail to load -249 or something like that.

I'm not sure but are you trying to install via network install or through wad install? If network try moving your wii closer to the access point or using a wad install.

I dont think it says anything about network or wad install. this is the Miospatcher.
