i have a problem trusting an exe thats only 99kb
has anyone else tried this yet?

Scanned with MSE, didn't get anything. It's working, but if you don't put the Japanese uni-code thing the names in japanese still won't show.

yeah, it's clean. codr is going to have pokegen out tomorrow, though, so you may want to just wait and use that.

e: just tested .03 and it works perfectly on windows xp.

I had the dex entry, then traded Pokabu for it on GTS.

From the main menu? Go to the Pokecenter, talk to a guy standing by the entrance to get the ticket you downloaded.
Then you can go on a boat from Hiun City to get Victini.

That one?

it's the liberty ticket for victini. you have to use it to board a boat in the big city all the way on the left from the entrance of the city.
