Can I clone my micro SD with adapter that I'm using at the moment for my rxtools cfw to my full size 3ds 32 gig card and still use as I would the old ? Emunand ect?!?! Or do I have to set it all up again to use my bigger card ?!?

You can, is really easy to do, you have to format emunand on your New SD card, use emunand tool to transfer emunand to the new SD and copy all the files over.

Another way is to use Emunand9tool or https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-multi-emunand-creator.381603/ https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-emunand9tool-open-source-emunand-formatter-manager.405921/ to extract the EMUNAND from smaller SD. Then use the same tool to inject the EMUNAND back up into the bigger SD card. Then copy over the SD content from smaller SD to bigger SD
