Clean emuNAND with Haku33... is it possible?

Good morning everybody. I have a question for the experts of switch modding... If I have a not clean sysNAnd and create an emuNand from it, is it possible to clean the emuNand with the tool Haku33? I've been thinking... someone can create an emuNand, then clean it with haku33 and use incognito, to make a possible clean emuNand for playng online. What do you think about it?

Someone has already been banned after using Haku33 so its not 100% fullproof.
