    Classic Kong is an new SNES Homebrew release by Bubble Zap Games. The source code can be downloaded from the google code page linked below.

    while the game contains elements of the arcade experience (intro animation, etc), it features the levels from the NES version. so no, it is not missing any levels.

    The NES version is missing the second level (the "pie factory") from the arcade level. So the arcade version has 4 levels, but the NES version has 3.

    I would have preferred that it borrowed elements from versions from Arcade and Game Boy. Oh well.

    i am well aware of that, which is why i responded with "it features the levels from the NES version. so no, it is not missing any levels.".

    Now if only someone would take this, and use it to "remake" the entire Donkey Kong GB game as a SNES game like this...

    Playing this on a real snes (had to add a new header first). Seems cool, but it's running slower due to my SNES being PAL, unfortunately.
