    Can a classic controller be used on gamecube games with a hack or emulator since I bought a classic controller because I thought that it could be used as a gamecube controller as well and it was only £5

    No it can not. Wii hardware is not accessible in GC mode.

    you can buy an adapter to use it in the GC port.

    does anyone know if theres an adapter to plug a GC controller in to the wiimote?

    on ebay theres a ps2 ->GC adapter for $3.20 including shipping. everybody's got a ps2 controller laying around.
