Hacking ciso function in wbfs manager

hi ......
ihad to resize my 500gb usb hdd so decided to use ncWBFStool to extract games in ciso format to my pc..after setting up the hdd to add the games back this will not work( only allows 3 games to be added)....have tried to use intelligent gui but wbfs partion is not found (250gb) and when i also try to select the game ciso file it says incompatiable wii file.........

if i had backed them up im ISO format then i would be alright as i could use alexdp tool but i need to know which other managers work correctly with ciso files......... i have searched but
