I thought so too, but it errors upon converting back to ISO.

Also on my drive in the smash bros folder, my Split files are named as followed:

RSBPO1.wbf1
RSBPO1.wbfs

Is this right?

Size is 6.91 GB

That could be the different for PAL and NTSC... Edit : sorry you are on PAL.

Is your image scrubbed?

But could also mean the reason why it does´nt work with me...
That would again mean the dumping goes wrong somewhere.....

Scrubbed? I simply removed the update partition, nothing more. Oh and we are both using the PAL version, so this can't be a difference. Why don't you rip the game with cleanrip? Cleanrip support ISO splitting afaik, this should work with cfg-loader just fine.

Forgot to mention I'm using a FAT32 drive, with no aditional partitions. The game is splitted in parts of 2GB, and it was transferred to the USB drive with the latest revision of Wii Backup Manager (0.3.8 build 61). And as I said before, I didn't remove any of the game partitions.

I'll test the PAL version ASAP.

@the users having dumping problems, have you tried using CleanRip?

Cleanrip settings should be like that:
Dual Layer: Yes
Chunk Size: Max
New device per chunk: No

Yes I have that, but cleanrip returns to HBC on 50%..
I'm beginning to think my retail disc is faulty....

I'm currently trying it (my hdd also got a FAT32 partition) we will see if it works. You also could try it with 2 or 3 gb chunk size.
edit: I got write error on 50 percent, idk what's the problem, I always thought cleanrip works fine! Maybe it will work with 3gb or 2gb chunk size...

I found a way now! Set chunk size to 2gb dual layer yes and new device per chunk also to yes! Then it will say insert new device after 2gb, but you can simply press A and use the current device, seems to work for me.

edit: QUOTEEdit: ripping at +/- 3900 kb/s , is that usb 2.0?
That's not very fast, ripping at +/- 5400 kb/s.

Hm...could it be my drive? it's now on 4900kb/s but steady.
also 2 GB chunks seems to work so far, I'm on 37 %...I'll keep my fingers crossed...

Edit: 54 % on still going....
Could this be a isseu too when dumping via Usb loaders, I mean the way the files are split..

I don't really think that, I have a half-died D2C drive built in to my new black wii from my bricked old white wii, I'm sure your drive is in a better condition
