Hacking cIOSCORP_v3.2 Problem ??

I just installed cIOSCORP_v3.2 to get the disc channel butwhen i went to install cioscorp one of the wads gave an error ( cios 20 i think) and all the others were installed "ok",but the disc channel still seems to work,will this error make any difference ??,also i noticed when i try to play "Rogue Trooper" through the disc channel it asks for a pin for the parental control,but does not ask for it using neogamma,any idea what that is all about ..thanks so much.
