Hacking cIOS36 rev9, and rev10 -Pen Drive problem-

I manage to install cIOS36 rev10 in my 4.0, and my WadManager always fail in read my 2.0 GB pendrive. With cIOS rev8 never got this problem. I wonder if it has something to do with the format, I already format both of my pendrives to FAT and FAT32, and nothing happen. =( Other apps like FCEU, MPlayerCE, doesn't have problems at all to read from the pendrive.
