Hacking cIOS installer problem!

I'm trying to use CFG Loader. It says I need custom IOS 249.
Meh, so I went to cIOS installer and the only one in the 200's is 256.
What do I do? Do I have to use NUS downloader, or install it thorugh DOP-Mii / MMM?

DOP-Mii says IOS249 is for piracy prevention. MMM says the same thing too.

the STUB of IOS 249 is for anti piracy. Just use ModMii to download the recommended cIOS's and use IOS 236 installer, and then use MMM to install the cIOS's.

use ModMii to fully softmod your Wii, it will help you install a cIOS as well as many other important things you probably missed (if u missed installing a cIOS, I doubt you have a nand backup, bootmii and\or priiloader installed)

LOL, thanks for all the sugestions. I'll try using mod mii.
EDIT: I did it! using a cIOS 249 wad, I got it!
