On topic, you could try to sell and get a under 9.2 firmware o3ds or another option is sky3ds.
They should have some kind of thing that can detect if someone's gonna ask this and then have a pop up that says no. Or have a bot that automatically replies to threads like this.

Theres... no... point in that... but yes... a NAND.Bin is per device tho... so my Nand.bin wont work with your 3DS...
That's pretty stupid... All you'd be doing is changing housings...
if my 3DS bricks... i can hardmod it... and use the nand.bin to downgrade the nand and unbrick it... easy.

Probably never. I don't know much about how these hacks work, but wouldn't we need the keys to develop another hack on the newest firm? And also, how do people get the keys in the first place? Do they get leaked, or are they somehow discovered with a lot of luck?
