Hi, would like to ask if such a tool or procedure exists?
in the Psp homebrew world, pkgs can be unpacked and repacked, thus applying the necessary pathes for eboots etc etc.
a CIA patcher that can apply patches such as RF/FW spoof and other hacks can be useful for scenarios such as "no available us game, only eur, or vice versa", and or "it is faster to patch an existing cia file" than convert a .3ds to cia just to apply patches.
the obvious for this is most cfw don't have RF enabled yet (pasta).
what are your thoughts and or do you think it is possible?
