Hacking CIA not showing up in emuNand?

I have two CIAs I have installed, but they show up in sysNand even though I was sure to make sure I installed them to my SD card. I don't know what's going on?

because the entrys of the Game are missing in the tickets.db (is this the correct name?) in the EmuNAND.
you need to dump the tickets.db/titles.db (not sure which one it was) from SysNAND and import it on EmuNAND.

How do I import it after I have dumped it?

Dump EmuNAND, decrypt emunand, copy the file to it, reencrypt it and restore the EmuNAND.
Otherwise try rxTools, i guess this tool was able to restore it? not sure about it :/

I only use my EmuNAND for a japanese game (+DLC's).
All other CIA's I have are installed on SysNAND.

Sorry for all the questions ._. My O3DSxl with 4.5 came yesterday and as soon as I came from work I got to work on it.

As I said, I only use EmuNAND for one japanese game.
I've installed all other cias on my SysNAND and I'm playing them through SysNAND.
(SysNAND = US | EmuNAND = JP)
