Last time I checked, the 3ds scence had a number of emulators that worked ok, however it was nothing like the psp, which has almost perfect emulation etc. Has this changed and if so what would these emulators be?

The search function told me that retroarch is doing fine. For snes I'd still suggest blargsnes.

SNES, Genesis, NES and GB should be at least on par with the PSP.
SNES is significantly better on N3DS.
PSP has the edge on arcade and turbografx for now but I expect it will be surpassed in time.
PSP will probably always have the edge on PS1 games though.
