Gaming check mii out channel

My Wii is running 3.2 firmware and I am wanting to load the Check Mii Out Channel. I want to load it from the shop channel, but I don't want to mess up my soft mod by doing so.

Any suggestions?

The Check Mii Out channel doesn't affect the soft-mod in anyway. You can install it

It looks like I will need to update my shop channel in order to be able to get there. But, if I do a system update, that will kill my hack.

Anyway I can update the shop channel & not the whole system?

Yes, use ModMii to download the Shop Channel and IOS56, then install them with a wad manager.
