Emulation Cheats not working for Pokemon Firered

[The Raptor]

I have Pokemon Fire Red (EU). I am using a EZ flash IV device.
When i create a CHT file en patch it with ez4client the game will crash.
How can i create aan CHT file? I use a tool named ar2cht.
