    Hi there,

I setup my switch with sxos with sdcard fat32 with emunand latest files which working with the games. The issue is when I download a cheat file or cheats database files and then store it on sdcard by ftp or copy paste and then place sdcard back into switch and then search for cheats and they not there. I recheck cheat files and they have gone)
    :(.

Game testing - monster world correct cheat file ID and corrt build ID, but still the cheat.text file dissappears or deleted when I recheck the sdcard.

    My setup:
    Switch 8.0.1
    Sandisk 256 gb
    Fat32.
    Sx os latest with emunand.
    File path sxos/titles/

if no cheats found then probably the path to the cheat file is wrong

I had a similar issue. Turns out, when I was using SX Installer / File Browser to copy cheats from USB to SD card, it was DOUBLE pasting the titleid!

    So, the problem was, e.g.:

    SDCARD > sxos > titles > 0100E1400BA9600 > 0100E1400BA9600 [again! a second time!] > cheats > a4cc4c44c07aec14.txt

I would suggest you look and make sure there's nothing weird with the file path.

I wasn't seeing cheats for launched games either, and fixing the file path made them appear while in-game (when coming from game with Home button > Album > Cheats).

    GL !

    file structure is "sxos\titles\01006f7001d10000\cheats\cb88d9aa78a9038c.txt"

    inside cheat folder - cb88d9aa78a9038c.txt
Game is european and cheats are from max-cheat i think.

    Game version is 1.0.0

    text file contains:

[From MAX-CHEATS.com by optantic for Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom 1.0.0]
    [99999 coins]
    04100000 9DF7A4B8 0001869F
    [Have Elixir]
    01100000 9AE10688 00000001
    [Have Anti Affliction Potion]
    04100000 9AE1068C 00000005

    etc

Load the game and then press album and then press on cheat section and then no cheats are found :(. I take out sdcard and check in pc and the cheat text file is gone from the sdcard :(.

if the file gets deleted by itself then there might be a corrupt file in the microsd or check the path and see if you have an extra space in the tid folder name

I'll format SD card fat 32 and try all again and report back and going to take bit of time.
    Also will try another game.

maybe corrupted file/folder prevented it from keeping the file on the microsd and the folder could not be deleted from the microsd without a format

    1. Can xci game files be installed on sdcard or is it system nand only ? because I install monster boy and didn't load but it does from system nand.
    2. Can NSP game files be installed on Sdcard ?
