Hacking Cheat File for Sakura Firmware

Which cheat file do I need for the M3 Sakura firmware? I see a cheat.db file in the SYSTEM folder, but in the SYSTEM folder I also see a folder called "cheat" with some files inside of it. Which of these files do I need to update?

Update the cheat.db one. The one not in the cheats folder.
