Hacking Cheat database to use on R4i Gold 3DS with RTS with 3DS XL

Hey guys, hopefully this is the right place to ask. I've been looking around for an up to date database, but all I seem to find date from 2012 and such. Is there still a database being maintained, or do I need to make my own files? And if the later, how do I go about that?
