How to use:
-Enable [max money], go to shop, buy Blade/Ratchet/Bit then exit to map to view changes.
-Enable [max ep], go to shop, Enhance any item 1 time then exit to map to view changes.
-Enable [max exp], win 1 match to set the exp to max, win another match to trigger the max level.
-Enable [max bond], go to lobby then to community, talk to the NPC you want to max bond then on 2nd interaction it will be max level.
